I live nearby Urban Kennels, and since it opened up it has been my god send. I did a lot of traveling this past year and for the first time I never worried or stressed about my dog while I was away. After picking him up he is always well adjusted and better exercised than when he's with me! They get so many walks and playtime, and plenty of special attention. I frequently see the Urban Kennel staff when I am walking my dog in the neighborhood, and he regularly runs to greet them with excitement. Once a dog with severe separation anxiety, he now actually loves going to the kennel and barely notices as I leave. I wish there were more places out there like urban kennels.

Always when we have to travel we leave our dog at Chandlers Cross Boarding Kennels and I have never had complains against the care they assure for him! I can travel with clear conscious that I have done the best for my little friend!

The cattery is always spotlessly clean. Mrs F Walters who runs and own it, is friendly, efficient and our cats have always been happy there, especially since they can bird watch during the day.

We have used Paula and Simons facilities many times and absolutely recommend them to any one who cares about their dog or dogs. Unfailingly helpful and obviously achieving a bond with their 'clients', their facilities are beyond reproach. We never have any concerns at all leaving our nervous, rescued greyhound.

My cat Tiny doesn't want to leave his heated pad when I come to collect him. He is on a special diet so I provide his food safe in the knowledge that he is properly looked after; a real boost when I'm on holiday.

I have used lots of catteries over the years but this is the best I've found by far. I will not be taking my cats anywhere else. It's run really well and the lady is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. First class !
